Nanyang Technological University offers various courses in HFE. All courses are under School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE)

At undegraduate, the courses offered (related to HFE) are:
- Human Factors Application in Design
- Management of New Product Development

For Master of Science in Human Factors Engineering, the courses offered are:

Core Syllabus:
- M6601 Human Factors Engineering Fundamentals
- M6602 Interaction Design
- M6603 Human Factors Method
- M6604 Cognitive Ergonomics

Elective Module A
- M6605 Experimental Design and Statistics
- M6606 Human Factors Applications in Industry
- M6607 Safety Engineering and Management

Elective Module B
- M6202 Systems Design
- M6205 Systems Simulation and Modeling
- M6401 Product Design and Development
- M6525 Medical Informatics and Telemedicine
- M6426 Management Tech. and Innovation
- M6526 Rehabilitation Engineering

Master of Engineering and PhD students are required to do some of the courses offered in the MSc program, and to do a research (dissertation) at the same time.

Besides taking modules listed on the program, Msc students can also take up one module from another school. Modules offered by other schools which are often taken by Msc(HFE) students include:

1. Schol of Communicatin and Information courses - H6611
Human-Computer Interaction (Assoc Prof Theng Yin Leng)
2. Humanities and Social Science courses - HP9001
Advanced Research Design & Data Analysis (Asst Prof Ho Moon-Ho Ringo)
